Our philosophy for our food is simple: use the best ingredients and prepare each dish fresh to order with an unparalleled attention to detail. This leads to an unprecedented dining experience for the guest and has underpinned our success since we opened in 2007. Couple this with an extensive wine list, including many wines from Lebanon, Syria and the New and Old World and you have a Lebanese restaurant unlike the others.
We have an extensive menu including many seafood dishes from the coast, alongside dishes from the interior (often lamb or chicken). Our selection of mezze is extensive and includes some delicacies such as sweetbreads and frogs legs. Our main dishes include many family recipes from the owner’s Lebanese family which are unique to us. We also offer a wide selection of grills and other traditional dishes so there is something for everybody.
Our desserts are home-made and include Lebanese classics such as Baklava and Maamoul as well as a small selection of crêpes, Om Ali, Halva and artisan ice creams and sorbets. We offer a celebration cake service and can provide special cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, etc – anything from a bespoke item through to a candle in a chocolate fondant.
