The restaurant is a bijou 24 seat restaurant with a small patio area ideal for a quiet lunch or informal dinner. The food is traditionally Lebanese with over 36 mezze dishes and 18 main courses, plus Donald Russell steaks for those who fancy a change. Aside from the steaks, all our meat is Halal.
Half of the menu is vegetarian - this is traditional in Lebanon - and so the cuisine is perfect for all tastes. In general, the food is not spicy and the tastes range from the simple to the unexpected.
We make each dish to order so you get the freshest taste you can when dining in the restaurant, which also means that when we are serving lots of mezze (the best way to experience the food) dishes do not arrive at the same time. However, this is usual of Mediteranean dining - you only have to look at tapas in Spanish cuisine - and you can't help but relax with a few friends, some wonderful food and some of the best boutique wines available today.

Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more, we recommend you choose one of our set-price menus. This makes it easier for you to concentrate on enjoying your time at Meejana, whether for business or pleasure, and simplifies the ordering process.
We offer three Group Menus as follows:
£25 per person: A wide selection of mezze followed by tea/coffee and baklawa
£30 per person: A selection of mezze followed a selection of grilled meats accompanied by rice, chips and spiced potatoes, then followed by tea/coffee and baklawa
£35 per person: A selection of mezze followed a selection of grilled meats and seafood accompanied by rice, chips and spiced potatoes, then followed by tea/coffee and baklawa
A typical mezze selection will include plenty of dips, salads, some seafood, some lamb, and some spicy dishes. As half of our menu is vegetarian and/or vegan, it is easy to accommodate different dietary needs. If you have any allergies (e.g. gluten, dairy), please let us know so that we can adjust the selection accordingly.
These prices do not include drinks during the meal and you will be free to choose from our selection of wines, spirits and soft drinks upon arrival. if you are having a special occasion, ask about arranging some champagne or prosecco on arrival and we can take care of it for you.
Private Hire
Our restaurant and deli are available for private hire for your function - be it a birthday, wedding anniversary, leaving party, corporate meeting, or engagement. The delicatessen makes a great welcome area for drinks before your dinner or buffet and we can set a bar in this area for you to meet and greet your guests. We can also transform this area into a buffet for centrepiece dishes such as our kharouf mahshi - a whole stuffed lamb - ideal for parties.
